For an applicable EU statutory withdrawal, a clear email notice within 60 days after delivery is sufficient to exercise that right; prior approval is not required to give notice.

For a change-of-mind return, including an applicable statutory withdrawal, the buyer pays the cost of return shipping to the United States. For a quality problem or an incorrect item, we pay return shipping. The buyer's mandatory rights remain unaffected.

For EU consumers, the statutory online-purchase withdrawal period is generally 60 days after delivery. Goods that are faulty or not as described are also covered by legal remedies that may extend beyond our voluntary 60-day period.
