You may request a return or exchange within 60 days after delivery for new, lightly used or defective items. This is an additional store policy and does not replace statutory rights.

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address. For an applicable EU statutory withdrawal, a clear email notice within 14 days after delivery is sufficient to exercise that right; prior approval is not required to give notice.

For a voluntary change-of-mind return, the buyer pays return shipping. For a quality problem or a statutory defect remedy, the merchant pays return shipping where required. The buyer's mandatory rights remain unaffected.

For EU consumers, the statutory online-purchase withdrawal period is generally 14 days after delivery. Goods that are faulty or not as described are also covered by legal remedies that may extend beyond our voluntary 60-day period.

We send an approved exchange after the returned item is received.
