For an eligible return under our voluntary 60-day policy, the refund is processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing by a bank or card issuer may affect when funds appear.

Where an EU statutory withdrawal applies, the refund follows the applicable 14-day period from notice, subject to receipt of the goods or proof they were sent back. Standard original delivery charges are included where required. A mandatory earlier legal deadline controls.
